10 Day No Fuss Returns

Dreamtime beds are here to make your purchase as simple as possible….

If you are not happy with any part of your purchase, you can just return it, at any time within our “10 day, No Fuss” returns policy.

Just call or email our customer service team within the ten working days from the date you received your items, to request a return. We will then arrange to collect the items. Once we have received the returned goods they will be inspected and we will then refund you in full, less your original delivery charge and the full cost of collecting the items you have requested to return.

Please note the following two points:

·         Make sure any items being returned have not been used
·         All items must be in their original packaging
