I just want to thank you for your service when the headboard I had received was the wrong size. You very promptly had the wrong one taken away and a new one delivered.

Highly recommend your store, excellent customer service from your staff in Swansea..when my elderly mother had a problem with her new bed & mattress, a replacement was ordered quickly & I was informed of delivery half hour prior to delivery time , enabling me to be at her house. Very helpful instore with advice on a replacement mattress. This is the 3rd purchase and have been impressed with the service.

Hi Barri

Pleased to say all is well with the bed finally, we are glad to put the TV back last night and change the speaker and now there is no buzzing or popping noises no more and all is well, would be good if Kaydian surprised my wife with a few John Lewis Vouchers for the inconvenience but we wait and see on that one!!

Ignore my email below! I got home yesterday to find the 2 bedside table already delivered! They’d also included the cable management discs too so really pleased.

I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience. Our mattress has been delivered by CEVA today. The whole thing has been seamless. The support we had from your team was excellent. The courier company have been efficient, ontime and trouble free. One very small point - I did advise both you and the courier company that there were some potential difficulties with the delivery but these hadn't been passed to the delivery team. As it turned out there was no problem but I do think that if customers advise of concerns it would be helpful if these were passed to the delivery teams. However, a small point. In the main a great experience and we would highly recommend you.

I visited Dreamtime Beds, Swansea on Saturday. I was quite desperate for a bed, having been let down by another firm who delivered a damaged bed to me. Because I was expecting this, I had removed my bed base to the garage and slept on the mattress on the floor the night before. When I visited your showroom, I saw a bed I like and it was delivered to my bedroom and set up within THREE hours. All other stores in the area quoted me 10 days to 3 weeks for delivery. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would like to thank Dreamtime Beds for an excellent service.
